Mr Mole takes the privacy expectations of all users very seriously. This site has been the subject of spam attacks in the past. I don't like un-solicited advertising and spam and I know that you don't either.

To this extent Mr Mole will go out of it's way to advise its members of ways to help protect personal information. Even some fairly generic information such as the software you use and your IP address are still important pieces of information. While generic information can't always be connected with an individual it is still yours and as such it will also be protected by this policy.

Information supplied by you

Any information you supply to this website will be kept safe and hidden from view by other users at all times. You have the right to be able to use this website for any lawful purpose and in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Use knowing that information supplied by you will not be exploited by anyone else.

Supply of information to third parties

At no time will any personal information be supplied to a third party by way of sale, hire, gift or any other means. Any information supplied by you is strictly for the good management of Mr Mole and for no other reason. Naturally, if a court in a competant jurisdiction, EG: The Commonwealth Government, an Australian State and/or their law enforcement or security organisations requires orders the supply of any information held by Mr Mole, we must comply with that order. Information supplied in that case would only be provided upon receipt of the original copy of a court order.

Your rights to a copy of any information Mr Mole holds about you

If you can suitably verify your identity and prove that an account here belongs to you, then you have a right under this policy to be provided with a hard copy of any personal information Mr Mole has in its databases. Please be advised that information held by Mr Mole will only be information that you have supplied and there is an administration fee associated with the preparation of the document, currently AU$35.00. Payment must be cleared and identification satisfactorily verified before information will be supplied.
